The idea of making perfect cheese cakes that don't fall apart was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tata Chudnova (chudnova.food). You only need to add egg yolks to the dough, and the consistency will be perfect.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 9% – 700 g
- yolk – 2 pcs (if the eggs are small, add 3 yolks)
- sugar – to taste
- semolina – 4 tbsp
- rice/wheat flour – 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add egg yolks, sugar, and semolina to the cottage cheese.
2. Beat with a blender (or grind the cottage cheese through a sieve).
3. Leave on for 15 minutes.
4. Add the flour.
5. Mix and shape the dough into balls.
6. On a surface floured with flour or semolina, shape the pucks with a glass.
7. Cover a board with cling film, put one half of the cheesecakes on it and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
8. Cook the second part over low heat under a lid for about 5 minutes.
