Chicken meat can be an ideal base for making delicious, dietary cutlets. To make the cutlets hold their shape, just add 1 egg and breadcrumbs to the minced meat.
Cook Anna shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, juicy chicken cutlets that won't fall apart.
Tip: To make the cutlets juicy, add bread soaked in milk or water to the minced meat, and add vegetables, onions, and garlic.
Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 500-600 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- loaf - 1/4 pc.
- salt, pepper, oregano, oil
- + 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs, if the minced meat is too wet
Method of preparation:
1. Soak the bread in water or milk, then squeeze it out as much as possible.
2. Grate the carrots, garlic and onion.
3. Mix the minced meat, bread, carrots, onions, garlic, egg, salt and pepper to taste and add oregano.
4. Form cutlets with your hands and fry on moderate heat on both sides.
