  • chicken - 1 pc.
  • rice - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • cloves - 5 pcs.

Marinade for chicken:

  • paprika
  • salt, pepper
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • dry garlic

Spices for rice:

  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • turmeric - 0.5 tbsp.
  • barberry - 4 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Marinating chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, paprika, pepper and garlic.

2. Pour soy sauce and oil. Rub the chicken.

3. Stick clove buds into the onion on each side.

4. Mix turmeric, barberry and salt in a separate bowl. Pour the resulting spices into the culinary sleeve.

5. Cut the carrots into large cubes and put them in the sleeve.

6. Pour in the rice.

7. Pour water and mix.

8. Add the onion.

9. Put the chicken on top. Tie the sleeve tightly.

10. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.20-1.30 hours.
