Homemade sweet cookies with 1 egg: how to cook
Homemade pastries are healthier than the ones we buy in the store. The key is to find a simple and budget-friendly recipe. The ideal option would be dried fruit cookies. You only need 1 egg for the dough.
The idea of making homemade sweet cookies with one egg was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Herasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv).
Ingredients:
- 50 g of almond flour
- 50 g of coconut flour
- 50 g of dried apricots
- 50 g of cranberries
- 1 egg
Method of preparation:
1. Soak dried apricots and cranberries in boiling water for 10 minutes
2. Grind almond, coconut flour, dried apricots, cranberries, and egg in a chopper (bowl with a blade).
3. Form balls, and press with a fork.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
This amount of dough makes 12 cookies.
Portion for a child 1-3 pcs.
Shelf life: 2-3 days, best stored in an airtight glass container.
