Homemade dried fruit candies without sugar and baking: cooked in 15 minutes

Useful and delicious candies are easy to make at home. As the basis, dried fruits are quite suitable - apricots, prunes or dates, as well as nuts, chocolate and bananas. Most importantly, the sweets do not need to be baked, and the entire cooking process takes 15 minutes.
On her Instagram page, food blogger Natalie with the nickname nata.cooking shared a recipe for homemade candies with prunes, nuts and dried apricots, which do not contain sugar.
Ingredients:
- rice breads - 7-8 pcs.
- prunes - 120 g
- apricots - 100 g
- nuts - 50 g
- chocolate - 80 g
- unscented refined vegetable oil - 10 ml
- nuts for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to shred the rice bread in a blender and pour it into a bowl.
2. Separately shred the dried fruit and nuts.
3. Mix the crushed bread and the mass of dried fruit until smooth. If you see that the mass is too thick, you can add honey or boiled water.
4. From the resulting mass form balls, the size of a walnut, put them on parchment and leave in the freezer for 15 minutes.
