  • Chicken fillet – 400 gr

  • Mushrooms – 100 gr
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried garlic – 2 tsp.
  • Smoked paprika
  • Cream 20% (can be replaced with chicken broth) – 75 ml
  • Pistachios (or other nuts to taste) – 100 g

Method of preparation.

1. Pulse the chicken in a blender.

2. Mushrooms and chicken thighs cut into pieces.

3. Add spices to taste, nuts, and cream or broth to the mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4. Put the minced meat on the baking film, form a ham, and tie it up.
