Homemade chicken ham is probably the best alternative to store-bought sausage. First of all, it is very tasty. In addition, it can be given to children, as well as to adults who are health-conscious and fit, because it does not contain any dangerous or harmful products.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 400 gr
- Chicken thigh – 4 pcs
- Mushrooms – 100 gr
- Salt and pepper
- Dried garlic – 2 tsp.
- Smoked paprika
- Cream 20% (can be replaced with chicken broth) – 75 ml
- Pistachios (or other nuts to taste) – 100 g
Method of preparation.
1. Pulse the chicken in a blender.
2. Mushrooms and chicken thighs cut into pieces.
3. Add spices to taste, nuts, and cream or broth to the mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Put the minced meat on the baking film, form a ham, and tie it up.
5. Put in boiling water and cook for one hour over low heat. Ham can also be baked for the same time at 180 degrees.
