Hearty zucchini pancakes: you should add a special ingredient
Zucchini is a great alternative to potatoes because this vegetable can be used to make delicious pancakes that are very similar to pancakes. The dough is prepared according to the same principle. You can also add hard-grated cheese for a better flavor.

Ingredients:
- zucchini – 1 pc.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- flour – 3 tbsp.
- cheese – 60 g
- fresh herbs – half a bunch
- garlic – 2 cloves
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
2. Squeeze out the excess moisture to prevent the mixture from becoming too runny.
3. Grate the cheese (it is better to take the one that stretches) and add the rest of the ingredients.
4. You can use wheat, whole wheat, or chickpea flour.
5. If the frying pan is non-stick, you can fry without oil.
6. Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes each. You get the most delicious zucchini and cheese pancakes.
