A simple idea for making a hearty zucchini cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Mariana (matiko_offc).
Ingredients:
- zucchini – 1 pc.
- carrot – 1 pc
- onion – 1 pc
- eggs – 2 pcs
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
- flour – to taste
- spices
The ingredients for the sauce to spread on the cake:
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the vegetables on a coarse grater.
2. Add eggs, flour, spices.
3. Make a dough that resembles thick sour cream in consistency.
4. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. Spread mayonnaise with garlic and herbs.
