Hearty sauerkraut cutlets: without meat, flour and semolina

Surprisingly enough, you can make cutlets not only from minced meat and meat, but also from anything you have in the fridge: onions, carrots, zucchini, and even cabbage. You can fry them in a pan or bake them in the oven. They are not so fatty and high in calories
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus (dietolog.fus) shared a recipe for sauerkraut cutlets on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- sauerkraut - 100 g
- oatmeal - 20 g
- onion - 40 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- spices
- olive oil for greasing the mold
- sour cream for serving - 30 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the oatmeal with the egg. Leave for 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, chop the onion and squeeze the brine out of the sauerkraut. Add to the oatmeal. Also add spices and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.
3. Form cutlets and place in a baking dish covered with parchment and greased with olive oil.
4. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
