Cottage cheese casserole is a very nutritious option for breakfast or lunch. Especially for children. But it is very important to make this dish really healthy. To do this, sugar and flour should be replaced.

Ingredients:
- 300-350 grams of cottage cheese
- 3 chicken eggs
- 1 small banana
- 1 small apple
- 3 tbsp. without a slide of oatmeal
- a handful of raisins or a few dates
Method of preparation:
1. Combine cottage cheese, oatmeal, eggs, banana, raisins or dates
2. Beat everything with a blender.
3. Grate the apple.
4. Add to the curd mass and mix well.
5. Put everything in a greased baking dish.
6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
