The idea of cooking a healthy casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Honcharova (julia.g.space). An ideal option would be to make a dish based on broccoli.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc
- eggs - 2 pcs
- milk - 50 ml
- onion - 1/2 pc
- fresh parsley
- broccoli
Method of preparation:
1. Put the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes.
2. Beat chicken, eggs, onions, herbs and milk in a blender separately.
3. Put the broccoli in the mold first on the bottom.
4. Pour the chicken mixture on top.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
