  • sunflower seeds - 200 g
  • honey - 4-5 tbsp
  • cocoa - 3-4 tbsp + for rolling (optional)

1. Toast sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden. It will take a few minutes over medium heat.

2. Place in the bowl of a blender.

4. Add 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa.
