If your child just can't give up sweets, making them yourself is the perfect option. You only need 4 ingredients to make delicious and healthy sweets. And most importantly, they are all safe and natural.
The idea of making homemade healthy sweets for children was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nina Tkach with the nickname ninatkachseniak.
Ingredients:
- walnuts (allergen) – 40 g
- banana 1 pc
- whole grain bread rolls
- coconut flakes for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
1. Grind all ingredients in a blender.
2. Form the balls.
3. Roll the formed balls in coconut flakes.
4. Make sure the ball is tight and the ingredients do not fall off.
