The best and healthiest porridge for breakfast: with apples, oatmeal, cream and nuts

Ingredients:

  • apples
  • cinnamon
  • water
  • oatmeal
  • nuts
  • coconut cream - 2 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Core the apples and cut them into cubes. Put in a saucepan.

2. Add the cinnamon, cream and cover with water. Put on the fire and cook the apples until soft.

3. Pour in the oatmeal. Cook until tender.

4. Sprinkle with nuts when serving.
