Ingredients for the dough
- Water - 500 ml
- Yeast - 50 grams
- Flour - 500 gr
Ingredients for the dough
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Sugar - 150 gr
- Flour - 500 gr
- Oil - 120 ml
Ingredients for the filling
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Oil - 100 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Greens - to taste
Method of preparation
1. Add salt, sugar, flour, and oil to the finished dough. Knead until smooth.
2. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it for 30 minutes.
3. Form pampushkas, cover with cling film and leave for another 1 hour.
4. Mix the yolk with 1 tbsp of milk and grease the pampushkas.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25-35 minutes.
6. Turn off the oven and leave the pampushkas in for another 10 minutes.
7. Take out the pampushkas and pour over the filling. To make the filling, just mix all the ingredients.
