Ingredients:
- warm milk – 300 ml
- warm water – 300 ml
- eggs – 1 pc.
- honey (can be replaced with sugar) – 1-2 tbsp.
- salt – 1 tsp.
- dry yeast – 1 tbsp.
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- semolina – 125 g
- flour – 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix thoroughly warm milk, water, yeast, and honey.
2. Add salt, egg, semolina, baking powder, and flour, mix thoroughly, and leave in a warm place for 30-60 minutes.
3. Fry on a well-heated dry non-stick frying pan for 1-2 minutes on one side and 15-30 seconds on the other.
4. Grease each pancake with butter and serve with anything.
