The cottage cheese casserole is a delicious, healthy and satisfying breakfast dish, as well as an alternative to many desserts. It can be prepared in different ways: with semolina, apples, raisins, or even pumpkin, as well as without eggs, flour, and sugar, replacing the ingredients with others.
One of the culinary blogs (polli_cooking) on Instagram published a recipe for a cottage cheese casserole that does not require sugar and flour. It is advised to add a little sour cream to the base of the dish to make the finished casserole fluffy and have a smooth creamy consistency.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- sweetener/honey
- vanillin
- raisins
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except raisins. Beat everything with a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse, dry and add to the cottage cheese mass.
3. Put the resulting mass into a mold. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
4. When the crust turns golden, turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the casserole for another 10 minutes.
