The idea of cooking the healthiest porridge was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yevheniia Lepekha (y_evheniia). It is about flax seeds.
Ingredients:
- flax seeds - 7 tbsp.
- banana - 2 pcs
- frozen berries - 50 g
- ginger - 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Soak flax seeds overnight.
2. In the morning, grind all the ingredients in a blender.
3. Put in a plate.
4. Add your favorite fruits, berries and nuts.
