Even if you are on a diet: how to make a low-calorie chocolate cupcake
If you're eating healthy but can't resist sweet desserts, make this cupcake. It is based on whole wheat flour and cottage cheese. It will not harm your figure.
The idea of making a low-calorie cupcake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Karina Solodka (karina_solodka). The cupcake is moderately sweet.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% – 200 g
- banana – 1 pc
- whole wheat flour – 150 g
- melted butter – 40 g
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs
- cocoa/carob – 35 g
- date – 3-5 pcs
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana with a fork.
2. Finely chop the dates.
3. Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into a mold greased with oil or butter.
5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
