Elementary sweet donuts: tastier than any pastry

Sweet doughnuts are the perfect alternative to any pastry. The dough is not capricious and is very easy to knead. You don't need an oven for these products, as they are fried in oil and turn out juicy and crispy.
The idea of making fluffy yeast doughnuts with milk was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tamara with the nickname tomka_recepti .
Ingredients:
- flour -–350 g
- yeast – 1 tbsp
- sugar – 2 tbsp
- salt
- baking powder for the dough – 1/2 tbsp
- vanilla – 1/4 tbsp
- egg – 1 pc
- warm milk – 210 g
- butter – 40 g
- sugar + cinnamon for rolling
Method of preparation:
1. Combine everything (except butter) and knead the dough, when the ingredients are combined, add soft butter and knead for 10 minutes.
2. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it to rise for 1 hour.
3. Form the dough into small balls.
4. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
5. Fry in a large amount of oil until golden brown. (On low heat so that the donuts have time to cook inside).
6. Drain the donuts on paper towels so that there is not too much oil.
7. After cooling, dip each donut in sugar mixed with cinnamon.
