Panna cotta is one of the easiest seasonal desserts to make with strawberries. You don't have to knead or bake anything, because the mass simply hardens in the refrigerator. The texture is very light and delicate. It is very convenient to serve the dish in glasses in portions and you don't even need to cut it.

The idea of making strawberry panna cotta was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Marina with the nickname love_cooking_007. The dessert contains both strawberry jelly and pieces of whole strawberries.

1. Pour gelatin with cold milk (50 ml), mix and leave for 5-10 minutes until it swells.

2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk (100 ml), vanilla and sugar. Stir to combine. Put it on the stove and stir constantly. Bring to a hot state, but do not let the liquid boil.

3. Remove from the heat, add the swollen gelatin, and mix until smooth. Leave to cool for a while. Pour the warm liquid into glasses, not hot. Put it in the refrigerator until it hardens.

4. Pour the strawberry jelly packet with hot water according to the instructions.

5. At this time, cut the strawberries into 4-6 pieces.

6. Take out the glasses with the already frozen cream jelly from the refrigerator and put the strawberries on top. Pour a little strawberry jelly on top and put it back in the fridge for about 20 minutes. This is to ensure that the strawberries are fixed at the bottom and not "floating" on top.

7. After 20-30 minutes (maybe less, the main thing is that you see that the jelly has begun to harden and the strawberries are "fixed"). Pour the rest of the strawberry jelly into the glasses and put it back in the fridge for 2 hours. As soon as the strawberry jelly is completely frozen, the panna cotta is ready.
