If you want to prepare a delicious and satisfying snack dish very quickly, a light salad is a great option. The ideal ingredients for this are avocados, fresh cucumbers, boiled eggs, seafood, and meat.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and light avocado salad with boiled eggs and sour cream.
Ingredients:
- half an avocado
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 small cucumber
Additionally:
- pepper and salt
- sour cream or yogurt
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the avocado with a fork.
2. Grate the cucumber and egg, and add a little pepper and salt to taste.
Fill with sour cream or fatty yogurt, mix and eat.
