Don't rush to throw it away: What you can make from potato peels
Potatoes are a budget and versatile vegetable that is the basis for many dishes: mashed potatoes, deruns, patties, zrazy, salads, and even dough. And if you're used to thinking that you can only cook potatoes themselves, and throw away the skin - you're wrong. They also come in handy.
Chef Alexander Gorodnik(o_gorodnik) on his Instagram page shared a recipe for an appetizer and a crunchy snack that you can easily make from potato peels.

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- salt, pepper
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. First, the potatoes should be thoroughly washed of dirt, it is better to do this with a sponge or a cloth.
2. Next, you should peel the potatoes from the skin. Pour cold water on the skin for 30 minutes.

3. After 30 minutes, take the peels out of the water and dry them well.
4. Mix with the spices and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly and place on a baking tray lined with parchment.

5. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
6. Finished baked rinds are best served with sauce.
