Diet pizza without yeast dough: what to make the base of

Traditional pizza is made with yeast dough. It is thin, elastic and crispy. But if you don't want to eat floury and calorie-dense food, you can choose zucchini for the base.
The idea for a zucchini-based pizza is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yana Laskovskaya(yanaoro). Such an easy dish is suitable for any meal.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 300 grams
- Wholemeal flour - 30 grams
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper
Ingredients for the stuffing:
- mushrooms
- 30 grams hard cheese
- tomato paste
- salt, olive oil - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:

1. Grate zucchini on a grater.
2. Squeeze out the excess water, add the egg, flour, salt and pepper.
3. Stir and place in a non-stick frying pan.
4. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Brush with sauce, place mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese, cover and leave for 3 minutes.
