Recipe for baked syrniki with a crust

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • cottage cheese in a briquette (5%) - 170 g
  • egg yolks - 1 pc
  • flour - 20 g + 10 g for molding (whole grain and rice 50/50)
  • sweetener

Additional ingredients:

  • white yogurt (without additives)
  • apricot jam (without sugar)
  • chicory syrup


Method of preparation:

1. Put cottage cheese in a bowl.

2. Add the egg yolk and sweetener, mix thoroughly.

3. Add the flour and mix well.

4. Divide it into 3 parts.

5. Form the cheesecakes.

6. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.

7. When the baking sheet is hot, put the cheesecakes on it and leave to bake for 10-15 minutes.

8. To form a crust, turn on the grill mode with blowing for ~ 2-3 minutes.

9. Let the finished syrniki cool for ~10 minutes.

10. Serve with your favorite jam, yogurt or syrup.
