Delicious pickled green tomatoes in red marinade for winter:
That is me going to make canning because I know it can be fancy too. I'm going to make green tomatoes in a red marinade. That's something cool for sure.
You can do the same.
Take 500 g of green tomatoes and wash them. Sterilize and fill the jars with tomatoes. Add 4 cloves of peeled garlic, pepper, a couple of bay leaves and 2 cloves. Boil 450 ml of water with 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of salt and 3 tbsp of chili ketchup (for color and flavor). Let everything boil and add 30 ml of vinegar. Pour the marinade over the tomatoes and sterilize the jars. Close them. That's it, you now have fashionable tomatoes (also very tasty). XXX
