Real Georgian khachapuri can be cooked in a regular frying pan. To do this, you need to make a simple kefir dough. It turns out to be very elastic, and after frying, it becomes fluffy. It is best to choose sulguni cheese as it becomes of perfect consistency under the influence of high temperatures.
