Delicious fried apple pancakes: how to make the dough
If you don't have enough time to make a variety of apple desserts, you can make quick pancakes. For them, you need to make a very simple kefir dough. The texture is very tender and fluffy. An ideal dish for a hearty breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- kefir 2.5% - 400 ml
- flour - 250 -270 g
- sugar - 150 g
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- apples (medium) - 4 pcs.
- oil for frying - 100-150 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Pour flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt into a bowl, add sugar, beat eggs and pour in kefir. Use a whisk to mix the pancake batter well. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream without lumps. Set aside while you prepare the apples.
2. Wash, peel and grate the apples directly into the dough, stirring each time to prevent the apples from darkening. Stir to make sure everything is evenly distributed.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil, place the pancakes and fry on each side until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
4. Eat hot.
