2. Cut into slices.

4. Cover with water and put on fire.

5. Bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes.

6. Drain and transfer the potatoes to a bowl.

7. Add salt and spices to the potatoes.

8. Add the starch and mix well.

9. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put them in the oven preheated to 220 degrees.

10. Bake for the first 15 minutes in the top-down mode without convection, and then bake last 5 minutes with convection.
