Chicken zrazy with processed cheese and boiled eggs: perfect for dinner

If you have chicken fillet in the fridge, you can make delicious zrazy from it. They will be much more satisfying than traditional potato ones. This dish is perfect for lunch.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken zrazy for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home. Be sure to add grated processed cheese to make the minced meat more tender.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 800 g
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- cream (18-33%) - 100 ml.
- spices: salt, pepper, curry - to taste
- flour
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the fillet in a meat grinder. You can also use ready-made minced chicken.
2. Add cream and spices and mix.
3. Add grated boiled eggs and slightly frozen grated processed cheese.
4. Stir until smooth and let stand in the refrigerator for a while.
5. Form elongated patties with wet hands or gloves (minced meat is quite difficult to work with).
6. Roll well in flour and put on a board. It is better to form and fry them right away and keep the rest of the minced meat in the refrigerator.
7. Fry in oil in a preheated pan over low heat for 5 minutes.
8. Turn to the other side, cover and fry for another 5 minutes.
