Method of preparation:

1. To prepare wings, you need to cut off their phalanx because it has no meat.

2. Marinate the wings with mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper for about 30-40 minutes.

3. Fry the wings until almost done, then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Pour tomato paste into a frying pan and simmer for 1 minute.

5. Pour beer and let it evaporate.
