Ingredients:
- chicken drumsticks
- tomato sauce
- salt, pepper
- dry garlic
- paprika
- flour
- eggs
- sugar-free corn flakes
Method of preparation:
1. Marinate the drumsticks in tomato sauce with spices. You can also use ketchup. You can experiment with spices.
2. Leave the drumsticks in the marinade for 30 minutes to a day. The longer the better.
3. Dip the meat with the sauce in flour, then in an egg, then in crushed corn flakes.
4. Add salt to both eggs and flour.
5. Grind the flakes in a blender. You can also use a rolling pin through a towel.
6. Put them on a baking sheet.
7. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
