Ingredients

  • Flour - 300 gr
  • Butter - 150 gr
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Ice water - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp.

Method of preparation

1. Pour the flour into a bowl and add the cold butter cut into pieces.

2. Add a pinch of salt and make the mixture into crumbs.

3. Add ice water and egg. Knead the dough, shape it into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and transfer it to the mold.

5. Cover with parchment or foil and cover with something heavy, such as rice. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then let it cool completely.

6. Cut the mushrooms into any shape and fry them in a frying pan with oil until golden brown.

7. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry until golden brown.

8. Return the mushrooms to the chicken and cook together for a few more minutes.

10. Make the filling: Mix 150 grams of cream, 2 eggs and a pinch of salt thoroughly.
