Ingredients for galette
- Flour - 120 gr
- Powdered sugar - 10 g
- Baking powder - ½ tsp
- Butter - 70 g
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Yolk - 1 pc
Ingredients for the filling
- Cherry - 300 gr
- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1 tbsp
Ingredients
1.Put the flour, baking powder and powdered sugar in the bowl of a blender. Rub in the cold butter and make crumbs.
2. Add cottage cheese and knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
3. Mix frozen pitted cherries with powdered sugar and starch. Mix thoroughly.
4. Take out the dough and roll it out immediately on the parchment. You need to form a circle with a diameter of 27 cm.
5. Put the dough together with the parchment on a baking sheet. Add the filling and wrap the galette.
6. Rub with milk and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
7. Take the galette out of the oven, let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
