Ingredients for the dough:

  • Kefir - 170 ml
  • Yolk - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 45 gr
  • Flour - 300 gr
  • Oil - 30 ml
  • Dry yeast - 4 g

Ingredients for the powder:

  • Flour - 30 g
  • Sugar - 20 g
  • Butter - 20 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Egg white - half
  • Sugar - 30 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. First, prepare the dough. Add the yeast, 2 tbsp of flour (from the main amount), 1 tbsp of sugar to the kefir at room temperature and leave for 20 minutes.

2. While the dough is cooking, make the filling. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and protein until smooth.

3. Add 2 egg yolks and sugar to the dough. Mix well.

4. Add the flour a little at a time. First mix with a spoon, then knead with your hands.

5. Gradually add oil to the dough, and knead by hand for 8 minutes.

6. Leave the dough in a warm place until it doubles in size.

7. During this time, make the sprinkle. Grind the butter with sugar and flour into crumbs.

10. Grease the cheesecakes with egg white, put the filling, add berries if desired, and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar.

11. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
