Cottage cheese casserole is a great dish for a hearty breakfast or snack. You can bake a large portion for several days at once, which is very convenient. And to make the cottage cheese casserole fluffy, you need to add eggs correctly.

The idea of making a fluffy cottage cheese casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname kathycoooks. First, you need to add only the yolks and whip the whites into a fluffy foam.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 360 g
  • sugar - 80 g
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
  • semolina - 2 tbsp
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • proteins - 2 pcs.
  • raisins - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla sugar in a blender until smooth. Add sour cream and semolina, mix well.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the whites until stiff peaks and gradually add to the cottage cheese mixture.

3. Add the soaked raisins and mix well.

4. Put the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees 45 minutes.

5. The finished casserole should cool down, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar. It is delicious with condensed milk.
