Charlotte with pineapple: a familiar dish with an exotic seasonal fruit

Ukraine is currently in the midst of a real pineapple season. Their price is several times lower than in other months, which means that you can afford to buy this fruit, and not just eat it raw, but cook something really tasty and interesting with it.
For example, a food blogger with the nickname tanya.perchik posted a recipe for charlotte on Instagram . But this time, instead of the usual apples, she used pineapples. It turned out to be quite interesting and flavorful.
Ingredients
- Pineapple - 200 gr
- Flour - 160 g
- Baking powder - ½ tsp
- Sweetener - 180 g
- Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 4 pcs
- Oil - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Beat the eggs with the sweetener and gradually add the flour and baking powder. Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.
2. Peel and dice the pineapple.
3. Mix the pineapple with the dough.
4. Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease it with oil.
5. Pour the dough into the mold and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
6. The readiness of the charlotte should be checked with a toothpick.
