Very often, if you prepare a salad from cucumbers for the winter, the vegetables become very soft and lose their elasticity. They taste much better when they remain crisp and juicy. To achieve this effect, you only need one simple ingredient.

Ingredients:
- 3 kg of cucumbers
- 60 g of "10 vegetables" seasoning
- 200 g of vinegar
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of vegetable oil
- 2-3 heads of onion (cut into rings)
- you can add a bunch of dill if desired
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into half rings, as for the "Nezhin" salad (a little rougher than for a regular salad).
2. Add the remaining products.
3. Leave for 3 hours, stirring from time to time.
4. Put into sterile jars and sterilize 0.5 l - 5-7 minutes, 1 l - 10 minutes.
5. A portion makes seven 0.5-liter jars.
