Everyone is used to eating fluffy and beautiful croissants in various coffee shops. That's because this dish doesn't always turn out perfectly at home. However, one life hack can fix everything. You just need boiled water.
The idea of making puff pastry croissants was published on the TikTok page of food blogger Oksana (poishla29). The life hack is to put boiled water on the bottom of the pan during cooking. This creates steam and makes the pastries fluffy and tender.
The method of cooking croissants with filling:
1. Defrost puff pastry and place it on a baking mat.
2. Cut into long triangles. 500 grams of dough makes 8 triangles.
3. Stretch each triangle slightly.
4. Place on the mat and form croissants.
5. Place the croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
6. Pour water into a small metal container, boil it and place it on the bottom of the oven. Put the croissants on top and turn on the oven to 40 degrees.
7. Then take everything out and leave the croissants for an hour to rise.
8. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and bake until golden brown.
9. For the filling, put condensed milk in a pastry bag, make small holes in the croissants and fill them. You can also make a salty filling.
