  • 600 grams of minced chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • spices (salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs)
  • greens
  • oil for frying

Ingredients for sauce:

  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 can of tomatoes in their own juice (400 ml)
  • 50-70 ml water
  • spices (salt, pepper, Italian herbs)
  • 50 gr cheese (optional)

Method of preparation:


1. For the cutlets, add an egg, chopped onion, some herbs, spices and 2 tablespoons of flour, mix until smooth.

2. Then form cutlets of the desired size and fry them in vegetable oil on medium heat on both sides until golden, then shift onto paper towel.



3. For the sauce, in the same frying pan where the cutlets were fried, fry the onion and garlic until transparent.


4. Add carrots and zucchini, fry until vegetables are soft 5-7 minutes.

5. Add tomatoes with juice and pour a little water.


6. Fill with spices and bring to a boil, heat for 2-3 minutes. The sauce should thicken.

7. In the casserole dish pour half of the sauce, then lay the cutlets and sauce again.



8. Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
