Apple tea with mint and cinnamon in 10 minutes: how to cook
Tea with apple, mint, and cinnamon is very tasty, warming and healthy. It has a natural composition because it is based on homemade apple puree. Citrus notes in the form of orange add a special flavor to the drink.
Food blogger Tetiana Shved with the nickname taniashved shared a recipe for apple tea with mint and orange on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- apple – 2-3 pieces
- orange
- green tea
- mint
- cinnamon – 1 stick
- honey
Method of preparation:
1. Apples peel, cut into pieces, and grind into a puree. You can also grate them. At the same time, leave a few pieces of apples for serving.
2. Cut the orange into halves.
3. Put the mashed apple, loose-leaf tea, orange, apple, cinnamon, and mint in a teapot. Pour boiling water over everything.
4. Leave the tea for 10 minutes to infuse.
