A simple beetroot salad to eat during Lent: tastier than a vinegret

During the fasting period, you can only eat foods of plant origin. Therefore, the best solution is to prepare a variety of vegetable salads. Boiled beets are very tasty, and olive oil and honey are a good choice for dressing.
The idea of making a lean beetroot salad was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Maria Makarchuk (makarchuk_food). You can cut the ingredients into arbitrary pieces.
Ingredients:
- pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
- beets - 1 pc. (baked
- onion - 1 small
- mixed greens
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- honey - 1 liter
- vegetable oil - 30 ml.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into random, equal pieces.
2. Add the mustard.
3. Pour in the honey and oil.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice.
5. Season with salt.
6. Mix well.
