Many people are convinced that starting their day with oatmeal or yogurt with fruit is very healthy. But such food will not be satisfying, and you will feel hungry very quickly. The best option is protein foods, vegetables, and lean meat. And all of this can be combined even in one plate.

The idea of preparing a nutritious salty breakfast was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tatiana Yushina (_tanyushina_). All the components of this breakfast are very simple, so you don't have to stand at the stove for long.

Sandwiches with cheese:

  • 250 g of suluguni or mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic or dried garlic
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • 1 egg
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Mash the cheese or grate.

2 . Mix with egg, oregano, garlic and salt.

3. Spread on slices of bread.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

5. The cheese mass can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Asparagus in bacon

1. Cut off the hard ends of the asparagus.

2. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan or frying pan, add salt. Put the asparagus in and blanch for 5 minutes.

3. Immediately drain in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

4. Wrap each piece of asparagus in bacon.

5. Fry in a frying pan or bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
