A healthy vegetable salad for winter: what to use for a simple marinade

Nowadays, stores and markets offer a wide variety of vegetables that are rich in vitamins. And this is an ideal opportunity to make a healthy salad for the winter. You can combine cucumbers, carrots, peppers, and many other delicious ingredients.

Ingredients:
- cucumber - 4 kg
- onion - 1 kg
- sweet pepper - 1 kg
- carrot - 1 kg
- hot red pepper - 3 pcs
- garlic - 1 head (large)
- sugar - 200 g
- coarse salt - 4 tbsp
- vegetable oil - 200 ml
- 9% vinegar - 200 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 4 pieces.
2. Grate the carrots.
3. Onion in half rings.
4. Pepper in strips.
5. Hot pepper also in strips or squares.
6. Add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
7. Leave for 2 hours.
8. After an hour, put the salad in jars, pour the resulting juice and sterilize a liter jar for 15 minutes.
