Ivan Liulenov, a Ukrainian singer and comedian from the "Stoyanovka" team at the "League of Laughter," has firmly decided to live in Ukraine in the future. He plans to obtain Ukrainian citizenship, but before that, he has to go through several other procedures.

The Moldovan native learned the state language from scratch and applied for a temporary residence permit. In an interview with Morning in the Big City, he said that he is not going to leave Ukraine, although he often hears shelling here and blackouts cause discomfort.

"In times like these, when it's hard, it's important for me to be here [in Ukraine]. I am planning my future in Ukraine and I want to experience it all together. I need to go through such moments too. Because if you are somewhere abroad and trying to do something relevant for Ukraine, you don't really feel it," he said.

According to the comedian, obtaining citizenship in Ukraine is not as easy as it may seem, and you have to go through three crucial stages: obtaining a temporary residence permit, a permanent residence permit, and then citizenship. Now the artist is only at the first stage.

"Citizenship is very difficult to obtain now. I have a temporary residence permit. The next step is to get a permanent residence permit for 10 years. I am working on this issue, I really want to have it. Citizenship is the next step," Liulenov explained.

It is known that in January 2023, the comedian first announced that he had a girlfriend. It was Yelyzaveta Kravchenko from Kyiv. The girl is engaged in choreography and runs her blog.
