Jared Leto dreamed of a concert in Kyiv after his tour in Russia

American actor and musician Jared Leto, who has periodically expressed his support for Ukraine in the war online, spoke about his love for Russians during a concert with the alternative rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars. He dreamed of touring several major cities in Russia and performing in Kyiv.

Moreover, he called the war a "problem" and wanted to "hang out and have fun" with fans in their homelands. The video from this concert, which took place on October 11 in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, was published on the SLAY MUSIC Telegram channel.

First of all, Jared Leto asked how many Serbs and Russians were in the audience. The audience responded en masse to the question about Russians. There were much more of them.

"You missed us! I felt a lot of Russian energy around me. And here's what I'll tell you: one day, when all these problems are over, we will meet you in your homeland. We'll come back to Serbia, we'll go to St. Petersburg, Moscow, we'll stop by Kyiv. We will hang out and have fun. That's how it should be," Leto said.

The musician then allegedly switched to Russian and said "Spasibo" to show that he was on the same page as most of his fans.

Similar concerts are to take place in Baku (Azerbaijan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Astana (Kazakhstan), and Istanbul (Turkey). Whether identical statements will be made during these performances is a mystery.

On October 11, Jared Leto contradicted himself for the first time in his political views. Previously, he demonstrated his support for our country by attending charity events, such as a gala in Italy, singing a song about Odesa and expressing his desire to come to Ukraine and "wave the Ukrainian flag on stage."

OBOZ.UA previously wrote that Jared Leto also came to Ukraine in 2014, and soon after, while receiving the Oscar, he said how he "supports Ukrainians who dream of living in democracy."
