The famous Canadian singer Celine Dion, who is struggling with an incurable disease - "cruel person syndrome" - showed painful footage. They depict the artist's suffering as she undergoes unpleasant procedures.

The 56-year-old star recently announced the release of a documentary about her life, titled "I: Celine Dion". In it, she talks, among other things, about her condition. For 17 years, the celebrity has been experiencing painful symptoms that prevent her from continuing her music career.

This scene shows Dion undergoing a physical therapy session shortly after recording a new song. Céline struggled to breathe while the medical staff did their best to ease the painful muscle spasms, BoredPanda writes.

The performer had to go through many unpleasant procedures. The pain is especially noticeable during the attacks of the syndrome. "I don't want to be dramatic, but I could have died. I took dangerous doses of medication to be able to walk. I had to learn how to swallow. I needed different medications for my body to function properly. One pill, two more, five more... Too many pills, but the show must go on," the singer said. She also admitted that for a long time she tried to pretend that everything was fine so as not to disturb others.
