Short biography
IlyaOlehovich Yevlash - Head of the Public Relations Service (Speaker) of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Brief biography
Ilya Yevlash was born on August 11 in the town of Mena (Chernihiv region).
In 2013 he graduated from the local school.
He received his higher education at the Kyiv National Trade and Economic University, where he studied advertising and public relations, and at the National Academy of Defense of Ukraine, where he studied political science.
In 2019, he graduated from the Mohyla School of Journalism.
He worked as a journalist at Espresso TV channel
Since the summer of 2021, he became a press officer in the Ground Forces.
From June 2022 to October 2023, he headed the press service in the United Forces Group.
After that, he headed the press service of the Khortytsya operational-strategic grouping of troops.
On March 18, 2024, Yevlash was appointed speaker of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Personal life
In August 2023, Ilya Yevlash married a girl named Yana Shkarovska.
