President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the entire civilized world after another Russian terrorist attack in Kharkiv. The Head of State noted that Russia is led by people who want to burn lives and destroy cities.

The President also emphasized that Ukraine has already faced Russian lies in negotiations. This is stated in Zelenskyy's address published on the YouTube channel of the Presidential Office.

Zelenskyy said that Ukraine knows who it is dealing with because Russia is run by people who want to destroy cities and villages, divide peoples and erase national borders with war. The President emphasized that there is no nation in the world that can stop such a war on its own, so the participation of world leaders is crucial.

The Head of State said that for the third year in a row, Russia has been terrorizing Kharkiv day and night, attacking Ukrainians with missiles and bombs. Zelenskyy noted that now there is not a single district and not a single street in Kharkiv that would not suffer from this constant assault.

"Any person in any city in the world - from São Paulo to Harbin - perceives this in the same way, namely as terror. Just like Russia's similar attacks on hundreds of our other cities and villages. Some of them, once bustling with life, have now been burned to ashes, with not a single inhabitant left. Scorched emptiness is the most horrible consequence of war. A war that Ukraine did not want. A war that we did not provoke. A war in which Ukraine is defending itself against Russia's attempts to seize our resources and territories and destroy our national identity. And the world sees this," Zelenskyy said.

According to the President, Russia threatens almost all of its neighboring states as it is the only country in the world that has seized a nuclear power plant and is openly using it for blackmail. Zelenskyy added that Russia uses hunger as a weapon too. The world felt it when it suffered the consequences of the naval blockade.

"It is Russia that is the only source of aggression and is constantly trying to expand the war. Right now, these days, we are defending the place 60 kilometers northeast from another Russian offensive. Russia is also preparing for an offensive 90 kilometers to the northwest, another group of troops is gathering near our border. The one who is doing all this does not want peace," the President said.
