Loud explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied city of Genichesk in the Kherson region in the morning of June 18. According to eyewitnesses, a "bavovna" visited a Russian military ammunition depot in the suburbs.
Monitoring Telegam-channels wrote about it, publishing the footage. Later there were reports of explosions in Skadovsk as well (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the news).
"In temporarily occupied Genichesk the morning begins cheerfully! Bavovnyatko!" - the network users ironically pointed out.
It shows a column of thick smoke against a sky the color of sunrise. Locals stressed that it was not Genichesk itself, but its suburbs. In particular, the "bavovna" was observed from the village of Rykove, which is 18 kilometers from the district center.

In comments, Ukrainians noted that they called their relatives in Genichesk and they confirmed that there was "a very loud bang, but no smoke" near the city. Others pointed out that the occupants' ammunition loads have been detonating there for about two hours.
"I called relatives: the ground is shaking out there," "It's been detonating for two hours," "Right on target," commented the network around 06:00 Sunday.
Subsequently, there was information about loud explosions in Skadovsk in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region.
As reported by OBOZREVATEL, satellite images of the enemy base in the temporarily occupied village of Shchaslivtseve near Genichesk in Kherson region were published online. They show serious damage where the Russian Guard was probably stationed.
